We invite you to join us in the fifth annual Whitewater Walk, a journey through the Whitewater Valley. 

Over an eight day time span you will have the opportunity to bicycle, ride the Whitewater Valley Railroad, hike some of the most beautiful trails in Indiana, all while making new friends. 

A one time fee of $20.00 entitles you to join any day, in any county or more days if you choose.  The schedule for the week is below.   Look it over, find some old friends and join us for a chance to see the Whitewater Valley in a whole new way!

The Whitewater Walk is part of the Whitewater Adventure 2010.

Sunday, September 19 - Wayne County

            7:30 AM   Sunrise Service-Whitewater Gorge, Richmond

            8:00 AM   Walk the Gorge

            10:00 AM   Leave Hagerstown Elementary School and ride bicycles to the park in Cambridge City

Monday, September 20 Wayne County

            8:00 AM   Leave the Vinton House on Main Street in Cambridge City walk to Milton

Tuesday, September 21 - Union County

            8:00 AM   Kayaks leave Quakertown Ramp meet pontoon boats for lunch at 11:00

            8:30 AM   Leave Treaty Line Cabins walk to Quakertown Ramp.

            9:30 AM   Board pontoon boats to ‘walk on water’

11:00 AM   Pontoon boats meet and tie together in the center of Brookville Lake for  floating lunch

12:00 PM   Continue journey on Brookville Lake to Bonwell Ramp

Wednesday, September 22 - Fayette County

            8:00   AM  Leave  Miller Center at Roberts Park end at WVRR Depot

Thursday, September 23 – Fayette, Franklin County

            8:00 AM   Board the WVRR at the Depot in Connersville, ride to Metamora

10:00 AM  Starting at the Aqueduct in Metamora walk the  Whitewater Canal Trail to Goose Creek, then continue along US 52 to trail head at Yellow Bank

Friday & Saturday,   September 23 & 24 ‘Run the River’ – Franklin County, Dearborn County, Hamilton County Ohio

Sunday, September 25 – Dearborn County

            8:30 AM   Walk the River Walk Trail from Aurora to Lawrenceburg
